If you are not 100% satisfied, for any reason, you can return the product to us for a refund within 30-days.
But it doesn’t stop there; we are so confident in the quality of our products that we are extending our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and adding on an additional 60-day in-store credit policy.
Meaning, even after the 30-day money back guarantee is over if for any reason you are not completely satisfied after the first 30-days you can simply *return your unused products to us for an in-store credit!
All others products an are considered "Special Order" items and are "nonrefundable, and nonreturnable."

Sometimes the Shipping Companies accidentally send the product to the wrong address or State, and delays may happen. You can check online with the tracking number provided as to the status of your delivery. If the shipment appears to be taking too long to be delivered, email us and let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
If your product is delivered in a damaged condition, let us know right away, take pictures of the outside and inside of the package and email them to us at: email@example.com. You must retain the mailing container, including any damaged articles, all packaging, and any contents received.
Upon written request by the USPS or Shipping Carriers, you may have to take the products to your Local Post Office for inspection and verification of the damage.
Please make sure to write down who you spoke you and the date you visited the Post Office. The Postmaster at their sole discretion may keep the items, which means they will offer a full refund, or allow you to keep them and may still offer a partial refund.
Failure to do the above may result in denial of the claim.
