We guarantee the labeled concentration values are minimum values and typical values are generally higher with a variance of + or – of 15%. When measured when measured with a TDS Meter.

That is why we offer a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee (Shipping & Handling will not be reimbursed).

This means you can try (and even check the PPM with a TDS Meter) any of the GoldenGevity brand products (that are offered in 4-ounce sizes all others are considered "Special Order" items and are "nonrefundable, and nonreturnable" and if you are not 100% satisfied, for any reason.

Return the product back to us it to us for a full refund within 30-days. But it doesn’t stop there, we are so confident in the quality of our products that we are extending our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and adding on an additional 60-day in-store credit policy.

Meaning, even after the 30-day money back guarantee is over if for any reason you are not completely satisfied after the first 30-days you can simply *return your unused products to us for a full in-store credit!

Please note: no cash/credit refunds will be issued after 30-days – Only in-store credit. No in-store credit will be issued after the 90 days from purchase date.

*To return an item, please contact our customer service department at sales@gold2live.com to inform them of your intent to return. We will then give you an RAN (Return Authorization Number)Then mail us back the item(s) you would like to return.

If we receive your authorized return within 30-days of purchase: we will credit you back your full purchase price of the item(s) (shipping and a small handling fee will not be refunded). Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or PayPal account that was charged.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Therefore we recommend that all returned items be addressed using a delivery confirmation to ensure proper delivery.

If we receive your authorized return after 30-days from purchase: we will issue you an in-store credit for the full purchase price of the item(s) (again, shipping/handling will not be refunded). No in-store credit will be issued after the 90 days from purchase date.

This guarantee applies to only 1 (One) single 4 Ounce bottle per product type. Multiple Bottles of the same type of product are not included as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

 

The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to products purchased through our online store (store.purecolloidal.com) and only to new customers in the continental U.S.A only, one per household, less shipping, and handling charge.

To File a Claim for Lost or Damaged Products: 
 

Sometimes the Shipping Companies accidently send the product to the wrong address or State, and delays may happen. You can check online with the tracking number provided as to the status of your delivery. If the shipment appears to be taking too long to be delivered, email us and let us know at sales@gold2ive.com so that we can file a claim with the carrier.

If your product is delivered in a damaged condition, let us know right away, take pictures of the outside and inside of the package and email them to us at: sales@gold2live.com. You must retain the mailing container, including any damaged articles, all packaging, and any contents received.

Upon written request by the USPS or Shipping Carriers, you may have to take the products to your Local Post Office for inspection and verification of the damage.

 

Please make sure to write down who you spoke you and the date you visited the Post Office. The Postmaster at their sole discretion may keep the items, which means they will offer a full refund, or allow you to keep them and may still offer a partial refund.

 

Failure to do the above may result in denial of the claim.
