GoldenGevity Colloidal Silver *Guarantee and Return Policy

We guarantee the labeled concentration values are minimum values and typical values are generally higher with a variance of + or – of 15%. When measured when measured with a TDS Meter.

If you are not sure that our colloidal silver products will work for you, you can try one of these products:

If you are not pleased for any reason, call or email us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the product. Please write that number on the outside of the box that you are returning the product in. 

You may then return the bottle for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping. 

*All of the other product types and sizes are "Special Order Items" and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

The refund policy does not apply to quantity bottle orders (two or more). 

The 60-day warranty is applicable to new customers only in the continental U.S.A only, one per household, less shipping and handling, the unused portion must be returned within the first two weeks after the RNA is issued to you. Other terms and conditions may apply, see the Terms of Use page.

The promised delivery date is the best estimate possible, based upon current and anticipated factory loads, of when the products will be shipped. Seller shall have no liability for lost profits or incidental or consequential damage due to delays and shall not be liable for any default or delay in performance whether or not if caused directly or indirectly, by governmental action, prohibition or regulation and delay by transportation companies, or from any cause whatsoever beyond Sellers control, whether or not such cause be similar or dissimilar to those enumerated. Seller shall promptly notify Client of the happening of any such contingency and of the contemplated effect thereof on the manufacture and delivery of the products.
 
The Seller can ship products all over the world, where ever the US Department of Commerce permits. However, all duties, import taxes, and insurance are the buyer's responsibility and we're are not responsible for packages once they're delivered to your countries government customs and inspections. When you order and you're in another country you're responsible for determining if the goods purchased are allowed to be delivered to your country.  
 
All orders are to be calculated in U.S.A Currency, we're are not responsible for additional currency exchange rate differences or costs.  We are not responsible for shipments that are withheld due to that government's customs laws on the importation of our products. If the items are returned to Seller by the governing authority, there will be no refunds and additional shipping fees will be required to resend the product back to you. All international sales or orders placed by individuals or entities outside the continental U.S.A. are final.  No refunds or returns are allowed.
 
GoldenGevity is not liable for lost shipments, or uninsured shipments, which are lost in transit. You the buyer agrees that “Proof of Shipment” is the adequate fulfillment of our duties in regards to the delivery of any order and our responsibilities terminate upon providing proof of shipment. If you would like insurance, email us for a price quote. You can then pay through Paypal, Credit Card or Wire Transfer at our discretion.  
 
Orders designated by the buyer to be shipped within the U.S.A or outside the USA, and the designated ship to address is not a party to the sale or is aware of the sale, the buyer then agree's to forfeit all rights to any claims to refunds. Your only remedy is to ask your designated merchandise receiver to forward that merchandise to you.
 
GoldenGevity will not be held liable for orders that are Lost or Stolen due to the buyer's request that the products delivery be left at the door.  
 
The conditional money back guarantee does not apply to refused shipments, or wrong delivery address's provided by the buyer. Refused Shipments or Returned Shipments will be issued a "Store Credit".  Orders returned to us past the 60 days may be given a Store Credit but no refunds will be issued. 
 
Buyers who refuse to accept delivery of their shipment will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus any shipping expenses. Insurance is optional, but may be required for international shipments. All prices are stated on the website and are subject to your local Tax plus Shipping and Handling. All prices are subject to change without notice. Consequences of dietary, topical or other use of our products are the sole responsibility of the customer.  
 
This conditional money back guarantee does not apply to orders placed from other countries even thought the ship to address may be in the U.S.A.
 
To File a Claim for Lost or Damaged Products: 
 

Sometimes the Shipping Companies accidently send the product to the wrong address or State, and delays may happen. You can check online with the tracking number provided as to the status of your delivery. If the shipment appears to be taking too long to be delivered, email us and let us know at sales@gold2ive.com so that we can file a claim with the carrier.

If your product is delivered in a damaged condition, let us know right away, take pictures of the outside and inside of the package and email them to us at: sales@gold2live.com. You must retain the mailing container, including any damaged articles, all packaging, and any contents received. Upon written request by the USPS or Shipping Carriers, the addressee must make this proof available to the local Post Office for inspection, retention, and disposition in accordance with the claims decision.
